Our lead time varies depending on the delivery location, quantity of boxes, and level of service required for your gifting needs. However, each project will be planned & curated according to your intended delivery date & specififications.
Essentials & Premium
Our fully customised gift boxes require a minimum of 3-6 weeks (depending on level of complexity). This includes idea conceptualisation, personalised design work, procurement, packaging, assembly and shipping. Process can be be prolonged/expedited depending on client needs.
Bespoke
We highly recommend beginning the process at least 10-12 weeks before intended delivery date. Production of bespoke boxes can take around 6-8 weeks depending on quantity and complexity of the design/structure. Process can be be prolonged/expedited depending on client needs.
We also accept last-minute orders on an ad-hoc basis, so do reach out to us and we will try our best to meet your deadline!
We offer both ready-made gift boxes with customisabe items, as well as bespoke gift boxes that are 100% tailored from design to build.
Ready made boxes tend to have shorter lead time and lower cost compared to bespoke boxes. They are part of our Essentials & Premium Service. While the boxes are ready-made, we can customise the decoration, items contained and gift cards to make the experience personal to your company/event.
